A Discipleship Journey for Women After Abuse

Rebuild your soul, recover your identity in Christ, and walk in holiness, healing, and fire.

You got out, but now you’re asking, what do I do with my life now?
Becoming Ishsháh is a Christ-centered discipleship journey for women who have left abusive marriages or relationships and want to be rebuilt by Jesus from the inside out. If you’re hungry for real healing, deliverance, and solid biblical discipleship, this is for you.

 FAQs

  • “Ishsháh” is the Hebrew word for “woman.” This journey is about becoming the woman God originally intended you to be — before the trauma, before the manipulation, before the abuse tried to re-write your story.

This is a 1-year, Scripture-anchored discipleship journey designed to:

    • Walk you out of the aftermath of abuse

    • Help you break ungodly soul ties and patterns

    • Strengthen your inner man by the Word and the Holy Spirit

    • Restore your identity as a daughter, not a victim

    • Equip you to stand in spiritual warfare and live set apart

It’s not surface-level encouragement. It’s daily dying to self, learning Christ, and letting Him rebuild you — brick by brick.

  • This journey is for you if:

    • You have left an abusive marriage or relationship (or are in the safe process of leaving)

    • You love Jesus and want to follow Him with your whole life

    • You’re tired of living in fear, confusion, soul-tie cycles, and spiritual fog

    • You want more than “Christian positivity” — you want Scripture, holiness, deliverance, and real transformation

    • You’re willing to be discipled, corrected, and encouraged in love

If you are currently in immediate physical danger, this discipleship is not a replacement for emergency help. Please contact local authorities or a domestic violence hotline in your area first to secure safety.

  • Over the year, we’ll walk through themes like:

    1. Awakening & Safety
Seeing the abuse clearly, understanding the spiritual warfare behind it, and learning to run to God as your refuge.

    2. Breaking Agreements & Soul Ties
Renouncing lies, cutting ungodly soul ties, and closing doors to the enemy through repentance and truth.

    3. Identity & Sonship (Daughterhood)
Letting the Lord redefine who you are: loved, chosen, set apart, not discarded or second-class.

    4. Inner Healing & Renewing the Mind
Bringing trauma, shame, and confusion to the cross; learning to take thoughts captive by the Word.

    5. Holiness, Consecration & Boundaries
Learning to live set apart, walk clean before God, and cultivate healthy, biblical boundaries with people.

    6. Calling, Fruitfulness & Fire
Discerning what God is calling you into next — ministry, vocation, family, community — and walking it out with boldness.

Every step is grounded in Scripture, prayer, and the presence of God — not trendy self-help.

    • Weekly touchpoint: Live online sessions (group or small cohorts) where we pray, open the Word, and walk through each week’s focus.

    • Teaching + Application: Each week has a core Scripture, a teaching focus, and specific heart-work or obedience steps.

    • Journaling & Reflection: Guided questions to help you process with the Lord, not just with your emotions.

    • Deliverance & Healing Focus: As the Lord leads, we will address open doors, strongholds, and spiritual warfare.

    • Community: A small group of women contending for holiness, not drama — a place to grow, not gossip.

Right now, I’m gathering the first group of women who sense the Holy Spirit tugging them into this type of discipleship.

  • o be clear:

    • This is not therapy or professional counseling (though I fully support wise, biblical counseling).

    • This is not a casual Bible chat where we stay lukewarm and unchallenged.

    • This is not trauma-bond venting or a place to bash your ex.

This is discipleship. Jesus at the center. Bible open. Holy Spirit leading. Obedience required.

  • My name is Tramaine. I’m a prophetic evangelist who the Lord pulled out of an abusive marriage, deep spiritual warfare, and a full collapse of my life. Jesus delivered me, healed me, rebuilt me, and then sent me back out — to strengthen my sisters the way He strengthened me.

I’m not coming to you from theory. I’m coming to you as someone who has:

    • Walked through abuse, divorce, surgery, and severe warfare

    • Been delivered and restored by the power of Jesus

    • Been entrusted to preach, disciple, and call the Church back to holiness, repentance, and fire

Becoming Ishsháh is my obedience to Him — to walk with women like you into freedom, maturity, and mission.
